About Jannifer
Not only losing weight and get myself fit, the dance (I always love dancing) The movements associated with dance can increase flexibility and reduce stiffness, minimized stress, reduced Depression, weight loss amd improved Cardiovascular Health. I had better Coordination Strength & Balance and improved Social & emotional Health. Last but not least, I gain more confidence as well as higher self-Esteem. Therefore, I decided to share this to people who wanted a better health and love dancing by taking up the role as a Zumba instructor in 2014. I had a good track record and had teaching class with ActiveSg for 8 years and also conducted cooperate classes and outdoor classes for companies events.
I keep upgrading myself so that I could share more exciting movements to my students. I had also able to introduce slower pace for beginners to master the dance step and get them to be more enthusiastic in Zumba.

Diana started her yoga journey in 2002 and soon discovered the enhancing benefits of yoga to her physical and mental well being.
Yong Sheng
Yong Sheng specialises in Hatha Yoga and has been an avid practictioner and trainer since 2018. She is a registered Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT) from a Yoga Alliance (YA).
Alyssa
Alyssa is a certified 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Certification (YTTC) and has been teaching at Avante Group since 2020.
Trudy
Trudy has been teaching yoga since 2017. She has obtained the 300 hours YTTC certificate with Aligned Yoga School and graduated from 2020 ever since.

Edwin specialises in chronic health conditions, fat loss, muscle building and functional training.
