Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures.

Yoga Pilates

Pilates poses combined with yoga breathing. This class will strengthen your core, lower back, glutes and thighs.

Yoga wheel

Known as upward facing bow or wheel pose (Chakrasana), wheel yoga is for those seeking a challenge. It stimulates the breath, opens the chest and shoulders, improves spinal flexibility, improves strength, and may even improve blood glucose levels and adrenal function.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow focuses on slow and deliberate movements, that allows your muscles to relax, while simultaneously releasing built up energy. With
flowing sequences to warm up the body, transitions to slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation.

This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

backbend

Backbends are beautiful, heart-opening yoga class. Backbends are great for strengthening, energises and rejuvenates the body. All backbends poses help keep our spines healthy, flexible and also stretch the hip flexors, chest and shoulders. It stimulates the abdominal organs and improves digestion.

HIIT

Work out like you mean it!

H.I.I.T is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Dumbbell Yoga

Dumbbell yoga pushes your body to engage your muscles, firming and toning your overall body composition. Other benefits include strengthening your core, gaining better posture and greatly improving your balance and stability.

Belly Dance

Belly-dancing is a dance form that isolates certain muscles for moves such as twisting the abdomen and hip movements. It is a low-impact exercise which is great for working the core feminine muscles such as the glutes, obliques and quads.

Zumba

Burn calories while grooving to music. Zumba enthusiasts regularly report having higher energy levels and better mood - it’s a workout that will get you fit with a smile on your face!

Aerial Flow

A multi-level class that uses aerial hammock to learn a variety of skills, tricks, conditioning and sequences. This class is designed for students to build body awareness, strength and stamina in order to expand their aerial skillset.

Power Flow

Power flow yoga is an energetic form of yoga that can involve long holds of poses and is a great way to work on weight loss.It will not only help with mental clarity but also help increase flexibility and strength.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is an enlarged hula hoop ring that is suspended from the celling, in which it involves you sitting in, standing on and hanging beneath in a variety of poses. This class is great for strength and conditioning exercises, beautiful aerial hoop moves, and dynamic hoop skills.
