The Centrepoint Gym
We have advanced equipment to ensure effective training sessions for every individual. Our fitness center spans 5,000 ft, giving you enough space exercise without hassles. There are also shower facilities within Avante gym Orchard that you can utilise after a vigorous workout period.
Our exercise sessions are tailored to suit the needs of each individual, irrespective of your fitness level. Once we understand your goals, our friendly trainers will create a workout plan and guide you through your fitness journey.
Yoga is at the centre of our services. We provide a space of tranquillity where you can enjoy a relaxing yoga session. We also provide 1 to 1 yoga PT session.
So if you’re looking for a gym in Orchard to practise yoga at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level, we have the right class for you. Our yoga centrepoint sessions are supervised by professionals.
About Avante Gym & Yoga
Avante Gym and Yoga Fitness Centre is an extension of Avante Body and Wellness which was founded in 2008 by beauty industry veteran and devout yoga practitioner Miss Diana Loh.
Avante Gym and Yoga is founded by Diana Loh and her business partner Edwin Teo, who brings with him decades of personal training experiences as a former mega gym district manager in Singapore. Together, they aim to create a one-stop fitness destination for anyone looking to take control of their health and fitness journey. Their facilities offer a range of group exercise classes, not limited to yoga, Zumba, Tabata and more in a luxurious atmosphere.

We have our own experience in-house certified Personal Trainers to customise a work-out program for clients to achieve their fitness goal in the shortest possible time. All new members will experience a full body analysis.
Avante Gym & yoga also welcome freelance trainers to train their clients. Freelance trainers’ clients can access the gym floor without membership.
