Hot Slimming Yoga

Avante’s most popular class right now. This intermediate hot slimming class is special designed by Avante with the integration of the Infrared heaters 36 to 38 degree to get you sweeting, strengthening, tone your body, promote slimming and fat loss.

YOGA PILATES

An original workout combining Pilates poses with yoga breathing, designed to develop and strengthen the core area which includes primarily the abs, lower back, glutes and thighs.

Wheel Yoga

Known as upward facing bow or wheel pose (Chakrasana), is an intermediate/advanced backbend that offers many benefits to the body, mind, and spirit. For those who seek greater challenges, Wheel Yoga has something to offer as well. The prop serves as an unstable surface that will help challenge your balance and core strength. Wheel yoga stimulates the breath, opens the chest and shoulders, improves spinal flexibility, improves strength, and may even improve blood glucose levels and adrenal function.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow emphasises on slow and deliberate movements, that allows your muscles to relax, while simultaneously releasing built up energy. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Backbend

Backbends are beautiful, heart-opening yoga class. Backbends are great for strengthening, energises and rejuvenates the body. All backbends poses help keep our spines healthy, flexible and also stretch the hip flexors, chest and shoulders. It also firms the buttocks and thighs. Stimulates the abdominal organs and improves digestion.

Tabata

Work out like you mean it!

Tabata speeds up your metabolism and makes you drip with sweat. It shifts your body into fat-burning mode, building lean muscle mass and boosting your heart rate. Improve your endurance, speed, agility and fast twitch muscle fibres. It is suitable for all ages, body types, and abilities.

Hip Opening

Hip openers bring release in many areas that are tight, tight hips can lead to a whole host of issues like lower back pain, misalignments in the spine, and can even lead to injury. When your hips are very tight, they increase the load and cause that you start to overuse your spine.

Hip opening yoga poses improve circulation, flexibility and range of movement in the hips, legs and back. They are also beneficial for improving posture, strengthening balance, reducing stress, and promoting mental health and overall wellness.

Dumbbell Yoga

Belly Dance
